Northline provides a representative workspace for care partners, health plans, and network operations teams to review service rates, supporting records, and care-case decisions. Users are responsible for accurate account and case information.
Authorized access
Users may only access the areas and records assigned to their role. Care partner, health plan, and network operations workspaces are separated to protect sensitive workflow information.
Evidence submissions
Care partners are responsible for submitting accurate, redacted, and appropriate documents. Northline may review, flag, or remove documents that are incomplete, unsafe, or not suitable for health plan review.

Northline is a representative workflow and care-case coordination environment. It does not provide legal advice, medical advice, or a guarantee of payment or care-case outcome.
Changes to terms
These public terms may be refined as the product, customer agreements, and compliance requirements mature.
